What is Taiwan fabric? Original prints you will not find in Japan
Craft shops in Japan carry plenty of printed fabric designed in Japan. More of them now stock imports from the United States, Africa and Korea. There is one more option: fabric from Taiwan. Greentex is the only Taiwan print fabric specialist in Japan.
What is Taiwan fabric
It is fabric printed with designs drawn by Taiwanese designers. We carry the original prints of COCOCHI. Every design is drawn by a designer in Taiwan and is actually sold there. COCOCHI is now a leading name in Taiwanese original prints.
What kinds of prints are there
The range is very wide.
Traditional Taiwan. The temple Tiger God and Nezha, retro tiles, even the rice cooker found in every Taiwanese home.
Pop culture. Capsule toy machines, and Taiwanese streets drawn in pixel art.
Original small florals.
Original animals. Little birds, guppies, kiwis.
Original cats. Black cats, Egyptian cats, cats that could not care less.
Styles Japan does not have
Axolotls as a print. Animals and plants found only in Taiwan as a print. You do not see this direction on Japanese shelves.
Made for sewing and handmade
The designs are made for crafts and handmade work. They suit large craft stores. One more choice for the imported fabric shelf.

FAQ
What do you mean by styles Japan does not have?
Axolotls as a print, for example. Or animals and plants found only in Taiwan: the leopard cat, the Formosan black bear, Taiwan's wild birds and butterflies. Japanese fabric does not go in this direction.
How is Taiwan fabric different from Japanese fabric?
The prints. They are drawn by Taiwanese designers, in styles you do not see in Japan.
